Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to information about Onboard and any trial, demo, or commercial use of Onboard software and related services offered by Bhalekar Pty Ltd ("Bhalekar", "we", "us"). By submitting a demo request, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

Onboard is client-hosted practice software for Australian accounting firms. Scope, fees, support levels, and implementation deliverables are as set out in your order, licence agreement, or statement of work. Marketing pages are informational only until a binding contract is in place.

2. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the software or our systems (including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security, or using the platform in breach of law or third-party rights). You remain responsible for your staff and clients' use of environments you control.

3. Intellectual property

Bhalekar and its licensors retain all rights in Onboard, documentation, and branding except as expressly licensed to you. Licence restrictions (including on modification of application code) apply as described in your licence terms.

4. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, services are provided on an "as is" basis except where mandatory consumer guarantees apply. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited in line with your commercial agreement or, where none exists yet, to resupply of the relevant service or payment of the fees paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
